微创拔牙即刻种植修复对上颌中切牙临床效果及牙槽骨吸收影响 被引量:2

Effect of Minimally Invasive Extraction and Immediate Restoration on the Clinical Effect of Maxillary Central Incisor and Alveolar Bone Resorption

摘要 目的:分析微创拔牙即刻种植修复对上颌中切牙临床效果及牙槽骨吸收影响。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年10月本院收治的80例上颌中切牙残冠且接受种植修复的临床资料,患者均进行微创拔牙之后,随机分为两组,对照组40例行延期种植修复,研究组40例行即刻种植修复,比较两组永久冠修复后6个月的种植体体积和牙槽骨吸收水平,以及并发症发生率。结果:研究组的永久冠修复后6个月的种植体体积和牙槽骨吸收水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率5.00%,低于对照组22.50%(P<0.05)。结论:微创拔牙即刻种植修复对上颌中切牙的临床效果十分显著,其牙槽骨的吸收小。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive extraction and immediate implant restoration on the maxillary central incisor and the effect of alveolar bone resorption.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of maxillary central incisors and the implants were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.All patients underwent minimally invasive extraction and were randomly divided into two groups and 40 patients in the control group.The planting and repairing was postponed,and 40 patients in the study group were immediately implanted and repaired.The implant volume and alveolar bone resorption level and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after 6 months of permanent crown repair.Results:The implant volume and alveolar bone resorption level in the study group were better than those in the control group at 6 months after permanent crown repair(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group 22.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive extraction and immediate restoration of the maxillary central incisor has a significant clinical effect,and the alveolar bone absorption is small.
