联合筋膜鞘悬吊术联合提上睑肌缩短术治疗先天性中重度上睑下垂临床效果

Clinical Application of Levator Shortening and Conjoined Fascial Sheath Suspension in Treatment of Congenital Moderate to Severe Blepharoptosis

目的探讨联合筋膜鞘(CFS)悬吊术联合提上睑肌(LM)缩短术治疗先天性中重度上睑下垂的效果。方法回顾性分析2015-12—2019-12郑州大学第一附属医院整形外科行CFS悬吊术联合LM缩短术治疗的20例(34只眼)先天性中重度上睑下垂患者的临床资料。结果20例(34只眼)患者中有效矫正30只眼(88%),术后随访6~12个月,未见明显回退及瘢痕。结论应用CFS悬吊术联合LM缩短术矫正先天性中重度上睑下垂,临床效果满意,手术操作安全,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of levator shortening and Conjoined Fascial Sheath Suspension in the treatment of congenital moderate to severe blepharoptosis.Methods An incision was designed in the upper eyelid region,separate the levator palpebrae aponeurosis,the levator palpebrae superioris muscle and Millerian muscle above the tarsal plate were cut off,and the combined fascial sheath was exposed,The levator palpebrae muscle was shortened and the combined fascial sheath was sutured and fixed on the tarsal plate,to improve the Blepharoptosis.Results The positive correction effect of the observation group was 88%.and there was not obvious retreat,scar after follow-up.Conclusion The application of conjoined fascial sheath suspension with levator shortening to correct congenital moderate to severe blepharoptosis is safe and effective in clinical practice,and which is worthy of clinical application.
