聚碳酸亚丙酯型聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备及粘结性能研究

Preparation of Adhesive of Poly(Propylene Carbonate)and Research of the Adhesive Properties

以聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇(PPCD)和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为主要原料,采用预聚法制备了PPCD型聚氨酯胶黏剂,并研究其粘结性能。结果表明,与非聚碳酸亚丙酯型聚氨酯胶黏剂相比,该胶黏剂和纺织布基的初始剥离强度高出20%,并且在高温高湿(70℃,95%恒温恒湿)环境下存放,非聚碳酸亚丙酯型聚氨酯胶黏剂和纺织布基之间的剥离强度下降明显,而聚碳酸亚丙酯型聚氨酯胶黏剂和纺织布基之间的剥离强度保留率高出很多。

Using the main raw materials of poly(propylene carbonate glycol)(PPCD)and diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)to prepare the poly(propylene carbonate)adhesive by prepolymerization method and researching the bonding prop⁃erties.The results show that the initial peel strength of poly(propylene carbonate)adhesive and textile fabric base is 20%higher than that of non poly(propylene carbonate)adhesive.And stored in high temperature and humidity environment(70℃,95%contanst temperature and humidity),the peel strength of non poly(propylene carbonate)adhesive and textile fabric base decreased obviously,but the retention rate of peel strength of poly(propylene carbonate)adhesive and textile fabric base is much higher.
