摘要
以CoSAPO-34分子筛为催化剂,固定床为反应器,采用醛氨法合成吡啶碱。系统考查了Co含量、催化剂用量、原材料摩尔比、反应温度、反应压力的影响,筛选出合适的反应条件。反应的最优条件为CoO∶Al_(2)O_(3)摩尔比0.7,催化剂用量8%,甲醛∶乙醛∶氨气1.2∶1∶2.6,反应温度为400℃,反应压力0.5 MPa,此时吡啶碱收率达86.7%。该工艺操作简单,安全性高,收率高,适合工业化生产。
The pyridine base was synthesized by using the formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and ammonia as raw material in fixed bed reactor.The influence of CoO∶Al_(2)O_(3)ratio,catalyst amount,residence temperature and pressure,ratio of the raw materials was systematically investigated,and suitable reaction conditions were selected.The optimal conditions for diazoti⁃zation were as follows:the ratio of CoO∶Al_(2)O_(3)was 0.7,the amount of catalyst was 8%,the ratio of raw materials was 1.2∶1∶2.6,the temperature was 400℃,and the pressure was 0.5 MPa,the yield pyridine base was 86.7%.The process realizes the continuous synthesis of pyridine base has high safety and high yield,and is suitable for industrial production.
