灭蝇胺和啶虫脒对豇豆营养品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 探究灭蝇胺和啶虫脒分别单独施用、混合施用和施药次数对豇豆营养品质的影响。用两种农药分别单独和混合施用,与喷施清水进行比较。检测不同处理与对照组豇豆的可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性蛋白、还原糖和粗纤维。结果表明,维生素C、可溶性蛋白和还原糖标准曲线相关系数在0.9919~0.9989之间,相关性强,符合检测要求。在一、二和三次施用灭蝇胺、啶虫脒和灭蝇胺-啶虫脒混合农药处理的豇豆,其可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性蛋白、还原糖和粗纤维含量均未显著变化。随着施药次数的增加,豇豆中可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性蛋白、还原糖和粗纤维含量也均未发生显著变化。综上所述,灭蝇胺和啶虫脒对豇豆的可溶性蛋白、粗纤维、维生素C、还原糖和可溶性固形物等营养品质均无影响。 This article explored the effects of cyromazine and acetamiprid alone,mixed application and application times on the nutritional quality of cowpea.The two pesticides were applied separately and mixed,and compared with spraying water.The soluble solids,vitamin C,soluble protein,reducing sugar and crude fiber of cowpea in different treatments and control groups were detected.The results show that the correlation coefficients of the standard curve of vitamin C,soluble protein and reducing sugar are between 0.9919~0.9989,with strong correlation,which meets the detection requirements.There were no significant changes in the content of soluble solids,vitamin C,soluble protein,reducing sugar and crude fiber in cowpea treated with cyromazine,acetamiprid,and cyromazine-acetamiprid.With the increase of the number of application,the contents of soluble solids,vitamin C,soluble protein,reducing sugar and crude fiber in cowpea did not change signifi⁃cantly.To sum up,cyromazine and acetamiprid have no effect on the nutritional quality of cowpea soluble protein,crude fi⁃ber,vitamin C,reducing sugar and soluble solids.
