摘要
分别采用酸溶法和碱熔法两种前处理方式消解化探样品,并用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定痕量铋的含量。结果表明,酸溶法的精密度和准确度更为稳定,且操作流程更短,而当样品中的硫含量较高时,碱熔法不易完全消解样品,需要增加熔剂与样品的比例才能测得准确的结果。
This paper makes a research on the determination of trace Bismuth in geochemical samples by HG-HFS with two pre-treatment method(acid dissolution method and alkali fusion method).The results shows that precision and accuracy of acid dissolution method with short operation process seems to be more stable.The test samples with high content of Sulphur are not easily to be digested using alkali fusion method,we can get a more accurate results by increasing the solvent to sam⁃ple ratio.
