摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性最常见的内分泌性疾病,也是导致女性不孕的重要原因之一,目前确切的发病机理仍不清楚。非编码RNA(ncRNA)是指不翻译蛋白质的RNA,其中长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、微小非编码RNA(miRNA)及环状非编码RNA(circRNA)是近年来的研究热点,在PCOS患者的子宫、卵丘细胞、卵巢颗粒细胞、卵泡液中均有异常表达,且与PCOS导致的卵泡发育障碍和内分泌紊乱有着密不可分的联系,或可成为未来PCOS诊断及治疗的靶点。本文综述了近年来上述三种ncRNA在PCOS发生发展中的作用及潜在的临床意义。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is the most common endocrine disease in women of childbearing age and one of the important causes of female infertility. The exact pathogenesis is still unclear. Non-coding RNA(ncRNA) refers to RNA that does not translate proteins, and lncRNA,miRNA, and circRNA have been the research hotspots in recent years. They are abnormally expressed in the uterus, cumulus cells, ovarian granulosa cells, and follicular fluid of patients with PCOS. What’s more, the follicular dysplasia and endocrine disorders are inextricably linked or may become targets for future PCOS diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the role and potential clinical significance of the three ncRNAs in the development of PCOS in recent years.
