摘要
基于实现无人值守仓的目的,采用重量传感器方法进行了设计,并结合数据库、人脸识别技术等对设计系统进行了补充与完善。通过设计得到了无人值守仓系统,并对其进行了实际实验,该系统可在无人值守情况下,替代人工完成值守工作,且值守流程符合人工标准。通过实验表明,该系统运用重力传感器技术,建立了电力材料的无人值守仓库,可提高企业管理效率,节约运营成本,同时系统设计存在部分不足,将在后续工作中进行完善。
Based on the purpose of the unattended warehouse,the weight sensor method is used to design,and the design system is supplemented and improved by combining database,face recognition technology and so on.Through the design,the unattended warehouse system is obtained,and its actual test is carried out,which confirms that the system can replace the manual work to complete the unattended work,and the attendance process meets the manual standard.Through the experiment,it is concluded that the system uses the gravity sensor technology to establish the unattended warehouse of power materials,which can improve the management efficiency of the enterprise and save the operation cost.At the same time,there are some deficiencies in the system design,which will be improved in the follow⁃up work.
