摘要
为更完善儿童用户的需求,增强用户参与式体验,进行儿童陪伴机器人的改进设计与研究。运用层次分析法对用户需求进行分析,确立设计要素,从功能、外观和体验三个方面建立参与式机器人指标评价模型;融合模糊综合评价方法确立参与式儿童陪伴机器人的评价数据,计算指标评价值并进行综合排序,分析方案可行度。经过对评价指标确定权重,融合专家打分数据用模糊综合评价对设计方案各项指标要素进行计算,得到参与式儿童陪伴机器人方案最终综合分数,依据数据分析方案的合理性与不足。模糊层次分析法将定性的儿童陪伴机器人模糊设计要素定量计算,对儿童陪伴机器人方案给予综合评价,客观分析方案的可实施性。
In order to further improve the needs of child users,enhance user participation experience,and carry out improved design and research on child companion robots.Use analytic hierarchy process to analyze user needs,establish design elements to be improved,establish a participatory robot index evaluation model from three aspects:functional factors,appearance factors,and experience factors;integrate fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to establish a participatory child companion robot Evaluate the data,calculate the evaluation value of the index and perform a comprehensive ranking,and analyze the feasibility of the design plan.After determining the weights of the evaluation indicators,fusing expert scoring data and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the various indicators of the design plan,the final comprehensive score of the participatory child companion robot program was obtained,and the rationality and deficiencies of the program were analyzed based on the scores.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process quantitatively calculates the fuzzy design elements of the qualitative child companion robot,gives a comprehensive evaluation to the child companion robot scheme,and objectively analyzes the feasibility of the scheme.The quantitative design plan is supplemented with scientific reference basis.
