摘要
为了解决儿童群体参观博物馆的体验片段化的、不连贯性,从而导致儿童对博物馆参观的行为、心理及系统性学习等方面的关注度不足的问题。分析了博物馆儿童情境互动体验的影响因素,运用体验设计的方法将博物馆儿童的体验周期进行阶段划分,对不同体验阶段的特点进行总结归纳,以体验的方式和内容为划分依据,总结出四类儿童体验类型和体验偏好。在此基础上,分析并归纳出博物馆儿童情境互动体验周期的四个阶段:接触、成就、反思和拓展,进而提出将儿童参观群体分为社交互动型、探究学习型、兴趣培养型和文化感受型四种不同体验需求和偏好,并提出相应设计策略。为博物馆儿童情境互动体验设计提供参考。
To solve the problem that children's experience of visiting museum is fragmentary and incoherent,which leads to children's insufficient attention to the behavior,psychology and systematic learning of museum visit.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of children's situational interactive experience in Museum,divides the experience cycle of Museum children by experience design method,summarizes the characteristics of different experience stages,and summarizes four types of children's experience types and experience preferences based on the way and content of experience.On this basis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the four stages of children's situational interaction experience cycle:contact,achievement,reflection and development,and then puts forward four different experience needs and preferences:social interaction,inquiry learning,interest cultivation and cultural perception,and puts forward corresponding design strategies.It provides a reference for children's situational interactive experience design in museum.
