摘要
运用服务设计理念,设计脑瘫儿童康复APP以优化康复体验。借助服务设计工具构建创新策略,通过人物角色、情境图的建立,为脑瘫儿童康复APP设计提供背景依据。基于服务设计理念的脑瘫儿童康复APP,是以用户需求为导向,实现体验价值为目标的设计产品,可以在实践中满足更多脑瘫患儿的康复需求进而改善康复体验。
To use service design concept to design rehabilitation APP for children with cerebral palsy in order to optimize rehabilitation experience method.With the help of service design tools,innovative strategies were constructed.The establishment of character role situation map,background basis and conclusion were provided for the design of rehabilitation APP for children with cerebral palsy The rehabilitation APP for children with cerebral palsy based on the concept of service design is a design product oriented by user needs and aimed at achieving experience value.In practice,it can meet the rehabilitation needs of more children with cerebral palsy and thus improve rehabilitation experience.
