摘要
本项研究针对下肢残疾人士的健身锻炼需求,根据该类人群的锻炼运动模式,寻找更合适安全的方式协助健身训练。依据QFD,KANO,KJ模型的辅助,以及实验模拟法相结合的形式,将模拟实验及调研数据通过分析总结,过一系列的分析,建立用户需求与健身器材功能之间的关系,并根据层次分析设计适合下肢残疾人运动模式的健身器材。器材的便捷、锻炼功能隶属于期望需求;对于舒适、便捷功能隶属于魅力型需求;对于智能、材质、易用功能隶属于无差异需求。模型分析法有利于寻求既定用户需要,弥补现市场中下肢残疾人健身锻炼器材的空缺。
This study aims at the fitness and exercise needs of people with lower limb disabilities,and looks for more appropriate and safe ways to assist in fitness training according to the exercise mode of such people.Based on the assistance of QFD,Kano,KJ model and the combination of experimental simulation method,the relationship between user demand and fitness equipment function is established through a series of analysis and summary of simulation experiment and survey data,and the fitness equipment suitable for lower limb disabled persons is designed according to the analysis of hierarchy.The convenience and exercise function of the equipment are subject to the expected demand;For comfort,convenient functions belong to the charm of the demand;For intelligent,material,easy to use function under no difference requirements.The model analysis method is helpful to seek the established user needs and make up for the vacancy of fitness equipment for lower limb disabled persons in the current market.
