基于使用行为的无人超市用户体验问题研究

摘要 调查分析无人超市在使用过程中的用户体验感受并提出以用户为中心的改良建议。以成都地区的部分无人超市为研究对象,通过对搜集资料的整合制定因素框架,基于前期调研设计出对无人超市内部设施的用户体验的研究方法并进行可用性测试,提出用户意象感知的词汇对并用SPSS软件进行主成分因子分析。提出在人工智能时代背景下更符合“以用户为中心的”无人超市改良建议。该研究为当前无人超市的用户体验改善设计提供一定的参考价值,其设计建议符合本文研究内容,具有较好的人文情感和人机关系。 Investigate and analyze the user experience of the unmanned supermarket in the use process and put forward user-centered improvement suggestions.Taking some unmanned supermarkets in Chengdu area as the research object,through the integration of the collected data,the factor framework is formulated,based on the preliminary research,the research method of the user experience of the unmanned supermarket internal facilities is designed and the usability test is carried out,and the vocabulary of user image perception is proposed.Principal component factor analysis was performed on the combined SPSS software.It puts forward suggestions for improvement of unmanned supermarkets that are more in line with"user-centered"under the background of artificial intelligence era.The research provides a certain reference value for the user experience improvement design of the current unmanned supermarket.The design suggestions are in line with the research content of this article and have good humanistic emotions and human-computer relations.
