后疫情时代下的社区共享办公空间设计研究

COMMUNITY SHARED OFFICE SPACE DESIGN IN THE POST-EPIDEMIC ERA

探索后疫情时代和科技化智能化时代下,居家办公人群在居家办公问题上的困难与需求,并研究设计其解决方案。通过共享办公空间相关文献,归纳其研究现状,再结合共享办公趋势,把握设计实践方向,利用KANO模型分析调研结果,最后利用系统化和可持续设计思维设计解决方案。得出人们对于共享办公空间的新需求,推出社区化共享办公空间的概念,设计了一套适用于社区的共享办公空间设施及相关解决方案。通过社区共享办公空间的设计可以解决后疫情时代和科技智能化时代下人们居家办公产生的困难,满足人们将工作和生活相结合的需求。

The work aims to explore the difficulties and needs of people working at home in the post-epidemic era and the era of technology and intelligence,and researching and designing solutions.Based on the literature related to shared office space,the research status is summarized.Combined with the trend of shared office space,the design practice direction is grasped.The Kano model is used to analyze the research results,and finally the solution is designed with systematic and sustainable design thinking.The new demand for shared office space is obtained,the concept of community-based shared office space is introduced,and a set of shared office space facilities and related solutions suitable for the community are designed.The design of community shared office space can solve the difficulties caused by people working at home in the post-epidemic era and the era of intelligent science and technology,meet the needs of people to combine work and life.
