“后喻文化”视角下导生关系模式重构研究

摘要 由于经济科技快速发展,"后喻文化"时代悄然而至,致使导生关系紧张,需要进一步拓宽视野,研究"后喻文化"时代导生关系的重构,寻求良性导生关系模式。此次以贵州财经大学导生为研究对象,采用抽样调查法,通过借助问卷调查、访谈等方式,收集数据进行SPASSAU分析,从政府、学校、导生多个维度,探究重构导生关系的对策,推动构建和谐双赢的导生关系模式。 Due to the rapid development of economy and technology, the era of "post figurative culture" is coming quietly, which leads to the tension of the relationship between tutors and students. This time, taking the student guidance of Guizhou University of Finance and economics as the research object, using the method of sampling survey, by means of questionnaire survey, interview and other methods, collecting data for SPASSAU analysis, this paper explores the countermeasures of reconstructing the student-tutor relationship from multiple dimensions of government, school and student guidance, so as to promote the construction of a harmonious win-win relationship model.
