摘要
目的探索风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训的教学新模式及实施效果。方法通过明确不同层次的教学目标及要求,结合多种先进教学方法及评价体系对68名住院医师实施分层培养,并通过考试及问卷调查方式评价分层培养效果。结果高级阶段住院医师的考试成绩均高于低级阶段,出科成绩高于入科成绩(P均<0.001);住院医师对分层教学模式的满意度达到100%,对自身临床、科研等能力的提高满意度也均在90%以上。结论分层教学模式使住院医师的临床胜任力和综合素质均得到了提高,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the implementation effect of the new teaching model of standardized training of resident physicians in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology.Methods By clarifying the teaching objectives and requirements of different levels,we combined a variety of advanced teaching methods and evaluation systems to implement stratified training for 68 residents,and evaluate the effect of stratified training through examinations and questionnaires.Results The test scores of senior residents were higher than those of lower-level residents,and the score of the exit exam was higher than the score of the entrance exam(P all<0.001).Residents’satisfaction with the stratified-grading teaching model reached 100%,and their satisfaction with the improvement of their clinical and scientific research capabilities was also above 90%.Conclusion The stratified-grading teaching model has improved the clinical competence and comprehensive quality of the residents,which is worthy of further promotion.
