思创融合下提升师范生创新创业教育质量的路径研究

Research on the Path to Improve the Quality of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Normal Students under the Integration of Thinking and Innovation

信息时代的背景下就业形势严峻,社会的发展要求更多具有创新意识的人才。但是目前国内高校的大学生创新创业教育仍在起步中,传统本科师范院校普遍存在着师范生素质较高但创新创业核心素养薄弱的问题。创新创业教育是思政教育实践育人环节的重要举措,将创新创业教育和思政教育融合是师范院校双创教育发展的必然趋势,而且能有效满足社会发展的需要。本文从思创融合与提升师范生双创教育质量的关系开始探讨,从融合背景下师范生双创教育过程中存在的问题进行多层面分析,并提出提升师范生双创教育质量的合理路径,促进师范院校创新人才的培养。

Under the background of information age,the employment situation is grim,and the development of society requires more innovative talents.But at present,the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in domestic universities is still in its infancy.The traditional undergraduate normal universities generally have the problem that the quality of normal students is high,but the core quality of innovation and entrepreneurship is weak.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure in the practical education of Ideological and political education.The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education is the inevitable trend of the development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in normal universities,and can effectively meet the needs of social development.This paper discusses the relationship between the integration of thinking and innovation and the improvement of the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation education for normal university students,analyzes the problems existing in the process of entrepreneurship and innovation education for normal university students under the background of integration,and puts forward the reasonable path to improve the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation education for normal university students,so as to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in normal university.
