On the Problems and Countermeasures of College Counselors’Employment Guidance in the New Era

新时代背景下,高校辅导员工作面临诸多新的问题和挑战,文章分析了新时代背景下高校辅导员在就业指导工作中的职责定位及制约高效推进就业指导工作的因素及新时代辅导员就业指导工作面临的新挑战,并针对存在的问题提出了相应对策:(1)推进辅导员队伍专业化和专职化;(2)建立和完善鼓励激励机制;(3)完善就业指导工作与服务体系。

Under the background of the new era,the work of college counselors is facing many new problems and challenges.This paper analyzes the responsibilities of college counselors in the employment guidance work,the factors restricting the efficient promotion of the employment guidance work and the new challenges faced by the counselors in the new era,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems:(1)promoting the team of counselors;(2),establish and improve the incentive mechanism;(3),improve the employment guidance and service system.
