摘要
目的:探讨医护生积极品质和主观幸福感之间的关系,以及自尊在二者之间的内在作用机制。方法:采用量表对某高校697名医护学生进行调查。结果:积极品质、主观幸福感、自尊两两呈显著正相关(p<0.001);积极品质可以直接影响主观幸福感(p<0.001),也可以通过自尊间接对主观幸福感产生影响(p<0.001)。
Objective To investigate the mediating effect of self-esteem on relationships between positive mental quality and subjective well-being.Methods Totally 697 students were assessed with the Chinese version of the SLCS-R(selfliking/self-competence Scale,Revised Version),SWLS,PANAS and Positive Mental Characters Scale for College Students.Results(1)Positive mental quality,subjective well-being,and self-esteem are significantly positively correlated with each other(p<0.001);(2)Positive mental quality can not only affect subjective well-being directly(p<0.001),but also affect subjective well-being through self-esteem indirectly(p<0.001).
