摘要
根据某油田具体工况对市售缓蚀剂、喹啉类缓蚀剂、咪唑啉类缓蚀剂、吡啶类缓蚀剂进行评价及筛选,并对筛选出的缓蚀剂进行配伍性能试验。结果显示,吡啶类缓蚀剂PD-3在某油田H_(2)S/CO_(2)共存条件下的缓蚀效果较好,50×10^(-6)添加条件下能将现场腐蚀速率控制在0.071 mm/a,且与现场在用破乳剂及清水剂配伍,能够满足现场使用要求。
In this paper,the specific working conditions of an oilfield are used to evaluate and screen the commercially available corrosion inhibitors,quinoline corrosion inhibitors,imidazoline corrosion inhibitors and pyridine corrosion inhibitors,and perform compatibility tests on the selected corrosion inhibitors.The results show that the pyridine corrosion inhibitor PD-3 has a better corrosion inhibition effect under the coexistence of H_(2)S/CO_(2) in an oilfield.Specifically the corrosion rate can be controlled at 0.071mm/a under the condition of 50 ppm addition,and it is compatible with the demulsifier and the clear water agent used in the field,which meets the requirements of on-site application.
