摘要
环氧树脂具有优异的机械性能、耐化学性、尺寸稳定性等性能,在涂料、航空航天、先进复合材料等方面有广泛应用。但由于环氧树脂存在脆性大、冲击强度低等问题,导致环氧树脂的应用受到限制。植物油原料来源广泛,廉价易得,其柔性长链和特殊基团能够对环氧树脂起到增韧和改性的作用。本文介绍了几种常见植物油改性环氧树脂的研究及发展趋势。
Epoxy resin has excellent mechanical properties,chemical resistance,dimensional stability and other properties.It is widely used in the fields of coatings,aerospace,advanced composite materials and so on.However,due to the problems of high brittleness and low impact strength,the application of epoxy resin is limited.Vegetable oil has a wide range of sources of raw materials,cheap and easy to obtain,its flexible long chain and special groups can toughen and modify epoxy resin.This paper briefly introduces the research and development trend of some typical vegetable oil modified epoxy resins.
