摘要 为保证新能源汽车输出转矩的功能安全,按照ISO26262标准的相关要求,确定了转矩控制功能的安全目标——避免非预期的转矩变化。针对这一安全目标,提出一种基于EGAS架构的多层监控策略。为了优化汽车输出转矩,在监控策略的功能层中设计了三维模糊控制器,功能监控层中实现对输出转矩的监控。以双核芯片MPC5744P为基础设计处理器监控层,通过其不同的核心分配实现基本功能模块与安全功能模块的分离。最后进行Matlab仿真和故障注入测试,实验结果表明,该多层监控策略能够实现输出转矩的优化并保证输出转矩的功能安全。 In order to ensure the functional safety of the output torque of new energy vehicles,the safety goal of the torque control function is determined according to the relevant requirements of the standard ISO26262,that is,to avoid unexpected torque changes.To reach this safety goal,a multi-layer monitoring strategy based on the EGAS architecture is proposed.In order to optimize the automobile output torque,a three-dimensional fuzzy controller is designed at the functional layer of the monitoring strategy.The monitoring of output torque is implemented at the function monitoring layer.On the basis of the dual-core chip MPC5744P,the processor monitoring layer is designed,and the basic function module and the safety function module is separated by its different core distribution.Finally,Matlab simulation and fault injection test were performed.The test results show that the multi-layer monitoring strategy can optimize the output torque and ensure its functional safety.
