摘要
2011年第一列中欧班列"渝新欧"开行使用,经过几年的发展中欧班列已经遍布中国(除北京、西藏、海南及港澳台地区之外)的所有省市,连接中国和东欧、中亚、俄罗斯等地,为世界提供了一条国际货运新通道。我国对外贸易在改革开放以后出现大幅增长,对外贸易成为推动我国经济发展的重要手段。"一带一路"倡议的推行,更是加强了我国同"一带一路"沿线国家的交流合作。中欧班列作为"一带一路"倡议的有力抓手,在促进我国国际贸易方面作出了重要贡献。本文从中欧班列的现状入手,分析了中欧班列对我国对外贸易成本、范围、数量等方面的影响。为了更好发挥中欧班列在我国对外贸易中的积极作用,本文针对中欧班列运行提出了几点建议。
In 2011,the first China-Europe Railway Express"Yuxin-Europe"was put into use.After several years of development,the China-Europe Railway Express has spread all over China(except Beijing,Tibet,Hainan,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),connecting China and Eastern Europe,Central Asia,Russia and other places,providing a new international freight channel for the world.After the reform and opening up,China's foreign trade has grown substantially,and foreign trade has become an important means to promote China's economic development.The implementation of the Belt and Road Initiatives has strengthened the exchanges and cooperation between China and the countries along the Belt and Road.As a powerful starting point of the Belt and Road Initiatives,China-Europe Railway Express has made important contributions to promoting China's international trade.This article starts with the status quo of the China-Europe Railway Express,and analyzes the impact of the China-Europe Railway Express on China’s foreign trade costs,scope,and volume.In order to make better use of the positive role of China-Europe Railway Express in China's foreign trade,this article puts forward several suggestions for the operation of China-Europe Railway Express.
