摘要
随着顾客寄件的频率增多,物流企业间的竞争愈演愈烈,提高物流企业的竞争力关键在于顾客寄件选择物流的影响因素。故采用头脑风暴法进行不限制的讨论,选出最关键的因素进行调查问卷设计。本文对于调查的数据进行SPSS描述性统计,主要是调查样本特征统计、总体样本影响因素重要程度描述性统计、总体样本影响因素具体化统计,通过统计得出比较重要的影响因素,提出相关建议。
With the increasing frequency of customer mailing,the competition among logistics enterprises becomes more and more fi erce.The key to improve the competitiveness of logistics enterprises lies in the infl uencing factors of customer mailing choice logistics.Therefore,brainstorming is used to discuss without restriction,and the most critical factors are selected for questionnaire design.In this paper,SPSS descriptive statistics are carried out on the survey data,mainly including survey sample feature statistics,descriptive statistics of the importance of the overall sample infl uencing factors,and concrete statistics of the overall sample infl uencing factors.Through statistics,the more important infl uencing factors are obtained and relevant suggestions are put forward.
