摘要 社会中每个人都会受到自然灾害、人为灾害等突发事件的巨大影响,因而怎样应对突发事件成为世界公众所关注的焦点。在这种背景下,研究应急医药物流配送车辆调度优化问题有利于提高应急救援效率,从而有利于保障人身安全和公共财产安全。因此,本文基于应急物流和医药物流的特征,对应急医药物流核心环节应急医药物品的运输和配送中的配送车辆调度进行优化研究,建立一个以配送时间最短和受灾点满意度最大为目标函数的双目标车辆调度模型。 Everyone will be greatly affected by natural disasters,man-made disasters and other emergencies,so how to deal with emergencies has become the concern of the world public.In this context,studying the optimization of emergency medical logistics distribution vehicle scheduling is conducive to improving the effi ciency of emergency rescue,and thus to ensuring personal safety and public property safety.Therefore,based on the characteristics of emergency logistics and medical logistics,this paper optimizes the dispatch vehicle scheduling in the transportation and distribution of emergency medical articles,which is the core link of emergency medical logistics,and establishes a double-objective vehicle scheduling model with the shortest delivery time and the maximum satisfaction of disaster points as objective functions.
