摘要
在良好的员工关系中,企业和员工之间是亲密无间的,企业十分珍惜自己的员工,营造员工获得归属感的文化氛围,由此员工对企业也十分忠诚,愿意创造和企业的共同愿景;员工致力于做好本职工作,推动企业更优质的发展,由此形成企业难以被复制的核心竞争优势。外部的宏观环境影响了企业的生存状态,也影响着企业和员工之间的关系,但我们除了从宏观环境去思考员工关系外,还应从理论方面去思考员工关系问题,把理论灵活运用起来,优化员工关系,平衡企业和员工的利益,优化人力资源系统,本文将主要从组织行为学角度探讨如何解决员工关系管理的问题。
In a good employee relationship,the enterprise and employees are intimate,and the enterprise cherishes its employees and creates a cultural atmosphere in which employees gain a sense of belonging,thus employees are also very loyal to the enterprise and create a common vision with the enterprise.Employees are committed to doing their job well and promoting the development of enterprises with better quality,thus forming the core competitive advantage of enterprises which is diffi cult to be copied.The external macro-environment affects the living conditions of enterprises and the relationship between enterprises and employees.However,apart from thinking about employee relations from the macro-environment,we should also think about employee relations from the theoretical aspect,apply the theory fl exibly,optimize employee relations,balance the interests of enterprises and employees,and optimize the human resources system.This paper will mainly discuss how to solve the problem of employee relationship management from the perspective of organizational behavior.
