危重症患儿的转运前评估

Pre-transportation condition assessment of critically ill children

目的:危重症患儿在转运途中随时可能出现病情变化,特别是呼吸、循环系统衰竭,甚至危及生命。同时转运过程中对患儿的监护及抢救措施受到限制,这就要求转诊前充分评估病情,分级转诊,尽可能保障患儿的转运安全。但是除新生儿转运工作指南外,目前我国其他年龄段危重症患儿的转运尚缺乏相关参考共识,亟待指南指导。本文将从儿童转运前病情评估方面进行综述,为临床实践提供参考。

Objective:Critically ill children may experience changes in their condition at any time during transportation,especially respiratory and circulatory failure,and even life-threatening.And during the transfer,the monitoring of vital signs and rescue measures are restricted.Due to the above reasons,it is necessary to fully evaluate the condition of critically ill patients before transfer,and carry out graded referrals,so as to ensure the safety of the children's transfer as much as possible.However,at present,there are only guidelines for the transfer of newborns in my country,and there is still a lack of relevant reference consensus on the transfer of critically ill children of other age groups,and guidance is urgently needed.This article will review the assessment of children’s condition before transport to provide references for clinical practice.
