非创伤性修复治疗技术应用于乳牙龋病治疗的临床效果评价

Evaluation of the clinical effect of non traumatic restorative therapy in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries

目的:探讨非创伤性修复治疗技术应用于乳牙龋病治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2018年8月至2020年8月门诊治疗的110例乳牙龋病患儿作为研究对象,按照治疗方法为传统修复技术或非创伤性修复技术分为对照组(n=54)和观察组(n=56)。以视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)和修复满意度调查问卷分别对患儿疼痛感和家长满意度进行评分。比较两组临床疗效、治疗时间、患儿配合度、患儿疼痛感和家长满意度。结果:观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗时间及VAS评分明显小于对照组,配合度明显高于对照组,修复满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统修复技术相比,非创伤性修复治疗技术治疗乳牙龋病治疗的临床效果更佳,可在临床加以推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive restorative technique in the treatment of deciduous caries.Methods:110 cases of deciduous teeth caries in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=54)and observation group(n=56).Visual analogue scale(VAS)and repair satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate the pain and parents'satisfaction.The clinical efficacy,treatment time,children's degree of cooperation,children's pain and parents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The treatment time and VAS score of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,the degree of cooperation was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the repair satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional restoration technology,the clinical effect of non-invasive restoration technology in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries is better,which can be promoted in clinic.
