动荡世界中的中美日安全关系辨析

China-U.S.-Japan Security Relations in the World of Turbulence

新冠肺炎疫情发生后,以美国为首的西方国家为阻挡中国发展的脚步,不断将中国的疫情防控政治化。日本也违背了《中日和平友好条约》等与中国达成的政治承诺,迎合美国的对华遏制政策。2021年4月,美日两国首脑会谈并发表联合声明,日本发布《外交蓝皮书》,美日在安全事务上指向中国,强化同盟关系,声称对亚太地区的和平稳定至关重要,导致中美日安全关系更加复杂。今后,如果日本继续无视中日关系大局,沿着依傍美国霸权干涉中国内政的错误道路走下去,必然会打断近年来中日关系改善的进程,最终使自身的经济利益与国家安全目标双双落空。

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,Western countries led by the U.S.have constantly politicized the prevention and control of the epidemic in order to smear and hinder the development of China.Japan has also violated the political commitments reached with China such as“Sino-Japanese Treaty of Peace and Friendship”and gradually turned to cater to the containment policy of the U.S.In April 2021,on the occasion of Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide’s visit to the U.S.,the U.S.and Japan issued a joint statement to interfere in China’s internal affairs.Simultaneously,Japan’s diplomatic blue book with the similar content was issued.The U.S.and Japan have intensified their military alliance against China in security affairs,creating new threats to peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region.In the future,if Japan continues to ignore the overall situation of China-Japanese relations and follows the wrong path of relying on the American hegemony to interfere in China's internal affairs even when the strategic interests of the U.S.and Japan do not coincide completely,it will inevitably interrupt the process of recovery of Sino-Japanese relations in recent years and eventually has negative impact on Japan’s own economic interests and national security goals.
