摘要
从投入产出角度,以我国省级公共图书馆抖音号为研究对象,选取开通天数、作品数、动态数和总回复数作为投入指标,粉丝数、总点赞数、总转发数、总评论数作为产出指标,利用DEA方法对样本指标数据进行定量分析,探讨省级公共图书馆抖音运营效率现状及改进策略。研究发现,我国省级公共图书馆抖音号整体运营效率表现不佳,20个研究样本中仅有3个符合DEA有效。省级公共图书馆在抖音运营过程中,需进一步优化资源配置,提高管理和技术水平,提高短视频质量,制定合适的发布策略,加强宣传推广,以提升运营效率。
Based on and input-output analysis, the study takes TikTok Accounts of provincial public libraries as research objects, and selects operation days, numbers of works, numbers of dynamics and replies as input index, while numbers of followers, quantity of likes, forwarding times, times of comments as output index.Then, DEA method is used to quantitatively analyze operational efficiency of the sample data, and the status quo and improvement strategy of public libraries are discussed.It is found that the TikTok operating efficiency of provincial public libraries has poor performance, that is, only 3 of 20 samples are efficient in DEA.The provincial public libraries need to optimize resource allocation and improve management and technology level, improve the quality of the works, and generate the release strategy with the help of appropriate publicity and promotion, which can effectively increase the operational efficiency.
