六区域网格定位布线技术在面部年轻化中的应用

Application of six-area venation thread lifting technique in facial rejuvenation

目的探讨采用面部六区域网格定位布线技术在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析自2016年1月至2019年1月,天津知妍医疗美容门诊部行线技术面部年轻化的325例求美者的临床资料。通过预置麻醉,应用聚对二氧环己酮(poly-para-dioxanone,PPDO)线根据划分区域进行网格定位布线,提升面部松弛下垂的软组织。由医师与求美者共同参与评分,客观结果分为优、良、一般和差。结果本组325例求美者,分别于术后1、6个月进行随访。302例求美者对结果满意;术后部分求美者出现轻度的肿胀、淤青,约2周后自行恢复;2例不对称及23例不满意者于6个月后再次手术矫正后满意。所有求美者未出现神经损伤、血肿、感染、皮肤表面凹凸不平等并发症。结论采用面部六区域网格定位布线技术可取得较好的临床效果,且并发症较少,值得临床推广。

Objective Toexplore the efficacyofsix-area venation thread liftingtechnique in facial rejuvenation.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,the clinical data of 325 patients underwent poly-para-dioxanone(PPDO)lines lifting technique for facial rejuvenation were retrospectively studied.By presetting anesthesia,the PPDO was applied according to the area division to enhance the relaxation and sagging soft tissues of face.Results All patients were followed up at 1 and 6 months after operation.Three hundred and two patients were satisfied with the results.Mild swelling and bruising occurred in partial patients and recovered after 2 weeks.Two cases of asymmetry and 23 cases of dissatisfaction were satisfied with the results after reoperation at 6 months.No complications such as nerve injury,hematoma,infection and uneven skin surface occurred.Conclusion Application of six-area venation thread lifting technique can obtain good clinical efficacy.The complications are less.It should be considerable for clinical popularization.
