光纤溶脂与负压吸脂在面颈部脂肪堆积治疗中的对比研究

A comparative study on fiber optic de-fatting and negative pressure liposuction in the treatment of fat accumulation in face and neck

目的探讨光纤溶脂与传统负压吸脂在面颈部脂肪堆积治疗中的临床效果。方法自2018年1月至2019年12月,珠海鱼美人医疗美容门诊部对173例下面部及颏下区脂肪松垂的求美者根据不同的治疗方法分为负压吸脂治疗组81例和光纤溶脂组92例。并从手术时间、术后恢复状况及治疗满意度方面进行对比分析。结果173例求美者均获随访3~6个月。下面部脂肪松垂症状均获得不同程度的改善,无出血、面部不对称、凹凸不平等并发症发生。光纤溶脂组与传统吸脂组相比,手术时间、术后平均伤口愈合时间及瘀斑消退时间较短;光纤溶脂组的术后满意率(93.5%)高于传统负压吸脂组(86.4%)。两组比较,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在面颈部脂肪堆积的治疗中,光纤溶脂技术较传统负压吸脂术具有微创、术后恢复较快、并发症较少和紧肤效果佳等优点,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fiber optic de-fatting and traditional negative pressure liposuction in the treatment of fat accumulation in face and neck.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,173 patients with fat accumulation in lower face and submental region underwent the treatment in Zhuhai Yumeiren Medical Cosmetology Clinic.There were 81 patients in the negative pressure liposuction group and 92 patients in the fiber optic de-fatting group.The operation duration,postoperative recovery and satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results All patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months.The symptoms of fat accumulation in lower face and submental region were modified to different degrees.No complications such as bleeding,facial asymmetry and uneven appearance occurred.Compared with the traditional negative pressure liposuction group,the operation duration,postoperative healing time and ecchymosis regression time was less in the fiber optic de-fatting group.The postoperative satisfaction rate in the fiber optic de-fatting group(93.5%)was higher than that of the traditional negative pressure liposuction group(86.4%).The difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional negative pressure liposuction,the fiber optic de-fatting has the advantages of minimally invasive,fast recovery,less complications and good skin tightening efficacy in the treatment of fat accumulation in face and neck.It should be considerable to popularize in clinic.
