石林县三七仿生种植对根际土壤微生物多样性的影响 被引量:6

The Effect of Bionic Cultivation on Panax notoginseng Rhizosphere Microorganism Diversity in Shilin County

摘要 【目的】与三七传统种植模式进行对比,通过三七仿生种植模式探索三七连作障碍的土壤微生态机理,分析三七根际土壤微生物,明确三七传统种植与仿生种植的土壤微生物的多样性差异。【方法】利用传统的土壤分离微生物方法对三七根际土壤微生物进行多样性分析。【结果】仿生种植模式下,一年七、二年七和三年七的根际土壤细菌数量比灭菌后未种植三七的土壤(CK)细菌数量分别高90%、122%和77%;而传统种植模式下,二年七和三年七根际土壤的细菌数量分别比CK低37%和41%。仿生种植模式下,3个年份的三七根际土壤中,镰刀菌属的相对分离频率都小于传统种植模式。【结论】与三七传统种植模式相比,仿生种植模式可以提高细菌在土壤微生物中的含量,抑制镰刀菌的生长,丰富有益微生物的种类,维持土壤微生物菌落结构的平衡。 [Purpose]Compared with the traditional planting mode of Panax notoginseng,we explored the soil microecological mechanism of bionic planting mode to solve the continuous cropping obstacle of P.notoginseng.Through the analysis of soil microorganism in the rhizosphere of P.notoginseng,the difference of soil microorganism diversity between traditional planting and bionic planting of P.notoginseng was clarified.[Methods]The rhizosphere microorganism diversity of P.notoginseng was analyzed by the traditional method of soil isolation.[Result]In the bionic planting mode,the number of bacteria in rhizosphere soil of one-year Panax,two-year Panax and three-year Panax was 90%,122%and 77%higher than that in the soil(CK)without P.notoginseng planting after sterilization;under the traditional planting mode,the number of bacteria in rhizosphene soil of two-year Panax and three-year Panax were 37%and 41%lower than CK respectively.Under the bionic planting mode,the relative isolation frequency of Fusarium in the rhizosphere soil of P.notoginseng in three year was lower than that of the traditional planting mode.[Conclusion]Compared with traditional planting mode of P.notoginseng,bionic planting mode can improve the content of bacteria in soil microorganisms,inhibit the growth of Fusarium,enrich the species of beneficial microorganisms,and maintain the balance of microbial colony structure in the soil.
