氧和硫化物对聚合物及调剖体系性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究污水中的硫物化和氧含量对聚合物黏度以及调剖体系性能的影响。结果表明:无硫化物条件下,老化温度为58℃时氧含量对聚合物长期热稳定性有影响,氧含量控制在0.5 mg/L以下,聚合物黏度保留率可以达到90%以上。无氧条件下,硫化物对聚合物黏度影响不大。氧和硫共存时,对聚合物溶液黏度影响较大,完全曝氧条件下,随着硫化物含量的升高,聚合物的黏度降低,当硫化物含量低于0.5 mg/L时,黏度保留率大于90%;当溶解氧含量小于0.5 mg/L时,硫化物含量小于0.5 mg/L对聚合物黏度影响较小。氧和硫化物共存时对调剖体系黏度影响较大,为了保证调剖效果和注入质量,现场配制水中的氧含量控制在0.5 mg/L以下,硫物化含量控制在0.5 mg/L以下。 The content of oxygen and sulfide in the treated sewage has great influence on the viscosity of poly-mer.The effects of sulfur physicochemical and oxygen content in sewage on polymer viscosity and profile con-trol system performance were studied.Results showed that oxygen had some influence on the long-term thermal stability of polymer under the condition of no sulfide and 58℃.The viscosity retention rate of the polymer could reach more than 90%when the oxygen content was controlled below 0.5 mg/L.In the absence of oxy-gen,sulfide had little effect on the viscosity of polymer.When oxygen and sulfur coexisted,it had great influ-ence on polymer viscosity.Under the condition of complete aeration,the viscosity of the polymer decreased with the increase of sulfide content,and the viscosity retention rate was greater than 80%when the sulfide content was below 0.5 mg/L.When the content of dissolved oxygen was less than 0.5 mg/L,the content of sulfide which had less than 0.5 mg/L had little influence on the viscosity of the polymer.The viscosity of pro-file control system was greatly affected when oxygen and sulfide coexisted.To ensure the effect of profile con-trol and the injection quality,the oxygen content of the on-site mother liquor water was controlled belww 0.5 mg/L,and the oxygen and sulfur physicochemical content of the online dilution water was controlled below 0.5 mg/L.
