摘要
随着全球环境污染问题的日趋严重,废水排放导致的污染引起人们的高度重视,迫切需要高效节能的净化处理技术。铋系半导体光催化剂具有较强的可见光催化活性,是近年来研究的热点。本文综述了铋系光催化剂的光催化性能、存在的缺点以及改良方案等方面的研究进展。通过复合半导体、金属离子修饰、氧空位设计等方法制备铋系光催化剂,可以进一步提高其光催化活性和稳定性。
With the global environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,people attach great im-portance to the pollution coused by wastewater discharge,and urgenthy need efficient and energy-saving pur-ification technology.Bismuth-based semiconductor photocatalysts with strong visible light photocatalytic activi-ty have become the focus of research in recent years.The research progress of photocatalytic performance,shortcomings and improvement schemes are reviewed.The bismuth-based photocatalyst is prepared by a com-posite semiconductor,metal ion modification,oxygen vacancy engineering,etc.,and the photocatalytic activi-ty and stability are further improved.
