丽水地区男性人乳头状瘤病毒感染情况及亚型分析

Analysis of human papillomavirus infection and subtypes in males in Lishui area

目的 了解丽水地区门诊男性人乳头状瘤病毒感染情况及基因型分布特点,为临床研究提供流行病学依据。方法 选取2016年1月-2019年6月来本院皮肤科、泌尿外科门诊及体检中心就诊的高危行为男性患者244例,采用PCR技术及DNA反向点杂交技术检测21种HPV基因型。结果 244例患者中共检出阳性100例,阳性率为40. 98%,以单重感染为主,占比76. 0%。常见基因型为6型(23. 36%)、11型(11. 68%)、16型(11. 68%)和52型(7. 30%)。各年龄段就诊人群中以20岁~40岁年龄段为主,感染人数也最多,不同年龄组阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3. 416,P=0. 636)。结论 丽水地区男性HPV感染以6型、11型、16型、和52型为主,感染人群以20岁~40岁人群为主,需加强对门诊男性HPV的筛查力度。

Objective To investigate the human papillomavirus infection and genotype distribution in male outpatients in Lishui area,and to provide epidemiological basis for clinical research.Methods A total of 244 high-risk male patients with HPV were selected from the dermatology department,urology department and physical examination center of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019.Twenty-one HPV genotypes were detected by PCR and DNA reverse blot hybridization.Results A total of 100 positive specimens were detected in 244 specimens,with a positive rate of 40.98%.Single infection was the main cause,accounting for 76.0%.The common genotypes were type 6(23.36%),type 11(11.68%),type 16(11.68%),and type 52(7.30%).The majority of the patients in all age groups were the 20-40 age group,and the number of infections was also the highest.There was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rate among different age groups(χ^(2)=3.416,P=0.636).Conclusion HPV infections in male in Lishui area are mainly type 6,type 11,type 16,and type 52.The infected population is mainly 20-40 years old.It is necessary to strengthen the screening of outpatient male HPV.
