染色体盒蛋白同源物3和P53在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of CBX3 and p53 in papillary thyroid carcinoma

目的研究染色体盒蛋白同源物3(CBX3)和p53在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)和癌旁组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取手术切除PTC标本60例,同时选取同期距离肿瘤至少2cm的相应癌旁组织作为对照,采用免疫组化En vision法检测PTC和相应癌旁组织中CBX3和p53的表达情况。结果CBX3在PTC和癌旁组织中阳性表达率分别为82.67%和20.00%,癌组织中表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。p53在PTC组织中阳性表达率为78.67%,显著高于癌旁组织的10.67%(P<0.05)。CBX3表达与包膜侵犯、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05)。p53表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05)。PTC组织中CBX3表达与p53表达呈正相关(r=0.341,P<0.05)。结论CBX3和p53蛋白表达上调可能是PTC的发生、发展的促进因素。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of chromebox protein homolog3(CBX3)and p53 in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)and corresponding adjacent tissues.Methods A total of 60 PTC samples,which were surgically removed were selected.Meanwhile,the corresponding paracancerous tssues 2 cm away from the tumor at the same time were selcted as the control.The levels of CBX3 and p53 in PTC and corresponding paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry En vision method.Results The positive rates of CBX3 in PTC and adjacent tissues were 82.67%and 20.00%,respectively.The expression of CBX3 in cancer tssues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tssues(P<0.05).The positive rate of p53 in PTC tissues was 78.67%,which was significantly higher than in adjacent tissues 10.67%(P<0.05).The expressions of CBX3 was related to capsule invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P<0.05)..The expressions of p53 were related to lymph node metastasis and elinical stage(P<0.05).The expression of CBX3 was posi-tively correlated with the expression of p53(r=0.341,P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of CBX3 and p53 may be the promoting factor of the ocurrence and development of PTC.
