美罗培南致粒细胞缺乏伴发热患者的药学监护

Clinical Pharmaceutical Care for One Patient with Agranulocytosis and Fever Induced by Meropenem

美罗培南为广谱、有效的抗感染药物,其在治疗过程中所引起的粒细胞缺乏不良反应较少见。本文报道1例脑出血术后合并肺部感染患者在使用美罗培南治疗过程中出现粒细胞缺乏、发热,临床药师识别粒细胞缺乏与发热原因,及时建议停用美罗培南,对患者病情恢复起到了积极作用。因此,临床药师在参与临床药物治疗过程中充分利用专业特长,保证了患者治疗的有效性及安全性,更好地为患者服务。

Meropenem is a broad-spectrum and effective anti-infective drug. The adverse reactions of agranulocytosis caused by meropenem are rare. This paper reported one case with pulmonary infection after intracerebral hemorrhage. During the treatment with meropenem, the patient developed agranulocytosis and fever. The clinical pharmacist identified the causes of agranulocytosis and fever, and timely suggested stopping meropenem, which played a positive role in the recovery of the patient’s condition. Therefore, during the process of clinical treatment, clinical pharmacist made full use of her professional expertise to ensure the effectiveness and safety of patients’ treatment and better serve patients.
