摘要
目的应用奥维地图手机App开展信息化查螺,在谷歌地球(Google Earth,GE)中展示,并将数据导入地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)进行分析,建立一套实用、高效的钉螺空间数据收集和分析方法,为血吸虫病防控提供依据。方法根据历年螺情监测数据建立的螺情数据库资料在GE上绘制螺点矢量图,并在此基础上,在GIS中制作螺点电子地图。应用奥维地图对11个现有螺点和5个复发螺点开展信息化查螺,将空间螺情资料导入GIS进行分析。结果现场应用发现该软件可以精确定位,能够记录查螺框坐标,且具有导航功能和电子围栏功能,可以满足信息化查螺的各项需求并很好地辅助查、灭螺工作。信息化查螺数据导入GIS进行分析,可以清楚地呈现查螺框点的位置和有螺框点的位置;活螺数量的核密度分析可以反映钉螺在空间上的聚集情况;对于面积较大的垸外螺点进行插值分析可以根据现有查螺框点螺情数据补充查螺框点以外的螺情数据。结论应用奥维地图进行信息化查螺能够提高信息化查螺效率,具有较强的推广应用价值;GE数据和GIS数据的交互分析可以最大限度地利用信息化查螺的空间数据,为今后的查灭螺等血防工作提供科学依据。
Objective Use the Ovital map APP to carry out informationalized snail-searching,and display in Google Earth(GE),import the data into geographic information system(GIS)for analysis.To establish a practical and efficient method for collecting and analysing spatial date on nail snails to provide a basis for schistosomiasis prevention and control.Methods Based on the database of snail monitoring over the years,draw a snail vector graph on GE,and convert it to GIS electronic map.In the pilot area,the Ovital map App was used to carry out informationalized snail-searching for 11 existing snail spots and 5 recurring snail spots,and the spatial snail information was imported into GIS for analysis.Results In field test,coordinate can be accurately positioned and recorded by Ovital map App,and it also has navigation and electronic fence function.which can meet the needs of information technonlogy snail search and well assist in snail search and eradication work.The data of the information scanning can be imported into the GIS for analysis,and the location of the check point and the location of the snails can be clearly displayed.The interpolation analusis of the lager outer sanil points can be done by supplementing the snail date outside the snail check frame points with the existing snail date from the snail check frame points.Conclusion The application of Ovital map for information-based sanil search can improve the efficiency of informationalized snail-searching,and has a strong value for promotion and application.The interactive analysis of GE and GIS data can make maximise the use of spatial data from information-based snail surveys and provide a scientific basis for future sanil surveys and other blood prevention work.
