摘要
目的了解西宁地区HIV-1抗体阳性标本蛋白免疫印迹带型分布情况,为艾滋病防治工作提供技术支持。方法对西宁市辖区内疾控机构及医疗机构HIV筛查实验室HIV筛查阳性标本按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》(2015年修订版)和试剂说明书要求进行实验操作和结果判断,使用SPSS 18.0进行统计处理。结果1283份确证阳性标本中,env基因相关蛋白检出率最高,其中gp160为100.00%,gp120为100.00%;全带型组合在所有带型组合中检出率最高为54.09%;不同性别与蛋白印迹带型比较显示单条带型p55(χ^(2)=10.199,P<0.01)性别检出率差异有统计学意义;在不同民族间的单条带型p24(χ^(2)=13.202,P<0.05)检出率差异有统计学意义;不同年龄组间单条带型p51(χ^(2)=8.708,P<0.05)、p55(χ^(2)=8.370,P<0.05)检出率差异有统计学意义。结论西宁地区藏族感染者处于艾滋病活跃期较多,应加强检测,尽早干预治疗,控制传播;不同性别、不同年龄条带存在差异,其原因有待进一步研究和探讨。
Objective To analyze the distribution conditions of Western Blot banding patterns of positive samples of HIV-1 antibodies in Xining,and to provide technical supports for HIV prevention and treatment.Methods Positive samples for HIV screening from HIV screening laboratory of disease control and prevention institutions and medical institutions within the jurisdiction of Xining were tested according to National AIDS/HIV Test Technology Regulation(2015 Edition)and reagent instructions for experimental operation and result judgment.SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical processing.Results The positive rate of env gene-related protein was the top among 1283 positive samples,among which that of gp160 and gp120 was 100.00%respectively.The positive rate of general banding pattern combination was the top among all banding pattern combinations,hitting 54.09%.The difference in the positive rate of single strip banding pattern p55(χ^(2)=10.199,P<0.01)was statistically significant among different banding pattern combinations.The difference in the positive rate of single strip banding pattern p24(χ^(2)=13.202,P<0.01)among different nationalities was statistically significant.The difference in the positive rate of single strip banding pattern p51(χ^(2)=8.708,P<0.05)and p55(χ^(2)=8.370,P<0.05)in different age groups were significantly different.Conclusion There were many active cases of AIDS among Tibetan patients in Xining,the detection and treatment should be strengthened to control the spread,intervention treatment as early as possible.There are differences in bands of different genders and different ages,the reasons for which need to be further studied and explored.
