人间布鲁菌病研究进展

Research progress of human brucellosis

布鲁菌病简称布病,又称波状热,是布鲁菌感染引起的急性或慢性传染病。其流行范围甚广,几乎遍布世界各地,且传染性强,被我国列为乙类传染病,并投入大量人力物力控制布病的发生。本文从病原学基础、流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预防等几方面总结了布病相关知识。

Brucellosis is abbreviated as brucellosis,also known as wave fever,which is an acute or chronic infectious disease caused by brucella infection.It is widespread,almost worldwide,and highly contagious.It is classifiled as a category B infectious diseases in China,and a lot of resources have been invested in controlling the occurrence of brucellosis.This article summarizes the relevant knowledge of brucellosis in terms of etiological basis,epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prevention.
