摘要
在我国逐渐迈入终身教育时代后,进一步深化成人女性终身学习的内涵,开创我国成人女性终身学习研究的新局面,促进社会和谐与可持续发展,是终身学习研究的重要课题,也是《中国教育现代化2035》的题中之意。目前,基于部分文献分析可以发现:关于成人女性终身学习方面的研究不足;社会发展是成人女性终身学习研究的根本动力;制度建设是推动成人女性终身学习的重要保障。社区教育是研究成人女性终身学习的一个新的视角。
As China has gradually stepped into the era of lifelong education,it is an important research topic to further deepen the connotation of lifelong learning and create a new situation in the study of lifelong learning for adult women,and promote social harmony and sustainable development in China,which is also the spirit of the government document China’s Education Modernization Plan 2035.At present,based on partial literature analysis,we can conclude that:the research on adult women’s lifelong learning is insufficient;while social development is the fundamental power of adult women’s lifelong learning research;and system construction is a crucial guarantee to promote adult women’s lifelong learning.Meanwhile,community education is a new perspective to study adult women’s lifelong learning.
