精准扶贫突出了由专项扶贫、行业扶贫、社会扶贫组成的三位一体的大扶贫格局。坚持“富脑袋”和“富口袋”并重,加强扶贫同扶志、扶智相结合,加强脱贫同致富相衔接。云南作为边疆少数民族地区、经济欠发达、扶贫攻坚难省份,扶贫工作任务艰巨。云南开放大学历来高度重视扶贫工作,举全校之力落实“挂包帮”“转走访”定点精准扶贫,发挥开放大学办学优势抓实抓好教育精准扶贫,扶贫工作开展成效显著。

Targeted poverty alleviation highlights the trinity of poverty alleviation,which consists of special project poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation and social poverty alleviation.We should attach equal importance to the“rich head”and the“rich pocket”,strengthen the combination of poverty alleviation with the promotion of ambition and wisdom,and strengthen the link between poverty alleviation and prosperity.As a border ethnic minority area,Yunnan is economically underdeveloped and difficult to tackle poverty alleviation,so the task of poverty alleviation is arduous.Yunnan Open University has always attached great importance to poverty alleviation.It has made great efforts to carry out targeted poverty alleviation through measures of“Gua-Bao-Bang”and“Zhuan-Zou-Fang”.Finally,it has made great achievements in poverty alleviation work by giving full play to the advantages of the Open University and focusing on targeted poverty alleviation through education.
