林定坤辨治骨伤科疾病用药规律的数据挖掘

Data Mining of Medication Rules for Treatment of Traumatological Disorders by LIN Ding-Kun

收集"石氏伤科"第四代传人、国医大师石仰山教授弟子林定坤教授近年来的门诊治疗骨伤科疾病的处方,利用Java编程方式提取信息,并进行关联分析。分析结果显示:6 957首处方中,共涉及439味中药;当归、牛膝、丹参、川芎、独活等为出现频次较多的常用药物;常用中药及药对以调气血药物为主;药物关联分析中,支持度、置信度、提升度较高的各药物间隐含了石氏牛蒡子汤、逐痰通络汤、痰瘀阻络汤、独活寄生汤等方剂的药物组成。数据挖掘结果提示林定坤教授临床用药注重调和气血,调补肝肾,重视痰湿,体现了石氏伤科"气血兼顾,以气为主,以血为先;筋骨并重,内合肝肾;调治兼邪,独重痰湿;勘审虚实,施以补泻"的中医骨伤科疾病的辨治思想,其处方用药是对石氏伤科经验方、骨伤科经典方的继承和发扬。

The prescriptions for the outpatients of traumatological disorders treated by Professor LIN Ding-Kun,a disciple of Chinese medical master SHI Yang-Shan who is the descendant of the fourth generation of SHI’s Traumatology,were collected.Java programming was used for the extraction of information and then the association rules of the herbs were analyzed.The results showed that a toal of 6 957 prescriptions involving 439 herbs were included.The commonly-used herbs were Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,etc.And the commonly-used herbs and herbal pairs had the actions of regulating qi and blood.The results of association rule analysis showed that the herbs with high support,confidence,and lift covered the herbal compositions of the prescriptions of Shishi Niubangzi Decoction,Zhutan Tongluo Decoction,Tanyu Zuluo Decoction,and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Data mining results indicated that Professor LIN Ding-Kun stresses the importance of regulating qi and blood,regulating liver and tonifying kidney,and removing phlegm and dampness during the treatment of traumatological disorders,which embodies the thoughts of SHI’s Traumatology for the treatment of traumatological disorders by simultaneously regulating qi and blood and mainly regulating qi while firstly regulating blood,simultaneously paying equal attention to sinew and bone together with tonifying liver and kidney,removing the complicated pathogens in particular the phlegm and dampness,and utilizing the methods of replenishing the deficient and purging the excessive after distinguishing the deficiency and the excess.The medication rules of Professor LIN Ding-Kun during the treatment of traumatological disorders are characterized by the inheritance and development of experienced recipes of SHI’s Traumatology and the classic recipes in the traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine.
