充分重视四个“适” 构建数学魅力课堂

摘要 数学教师要采用适用实际的方式引导学生进行探索,激发学生应用数学知识解决实际问题的兴趣。要帮助不同层次的学生开展适量学习,做到因材施教。要尊重学生主体地位,注重适度教学,促进学生个性发展,培养创新思维。同时,要在学生遇到困难时适时激励,采用个性化的激励帮助学生突破学习障碍。 Mathematics teachers should guide students to explore in a practical way,and stimulate students'interest in solving practical problems with mathematics knowledge.Teacher should help students at different levels to carry out appropriate learning and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Teacher should respect students'main position,pay attention to appropriate teaching,promote students'personality development and cultivate innovative thinking.At the same time,teacher should encourage students in time when they encounter difficulties,and use personalized incentives to help students overcome learning barriers.
