7363例呼吸道九项病原体IgM抗体检测结果分析 被引量:3

Analysis on testing results of IgM antibodies for nine species of pathogens in 7363 patients with respiratory tract infections

摘要 目的分析7363例呼吸道感染患者九项病原体IgM抗体检测结果,了解某院呼吸道感染病原体分布情况,为早期诊断和正确治疗提供理论依据。方法采用间接免疫荧光法(indirect immunoinfluscent assay,IFA)对2019年1月至2019年12月在陕西省人民医院住院的7363例呼吸道感染患者血液中嗜肺军团菌(Legionella Pneumophila,LP)、肺炎支原体(M Pneumoniae,MP)、Q热立克次体(Q fever rickettsia,COX)、肺炎衣原体(Chlamydia pneumoniae,CPn)、呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)、腺病毒(adenovirus,ADV)、甲型流感病毒(influenza virus type A,INFA)、乙型流感病毒(influenza virus type B,INFB)、副流感病毒(parainfluenza virus,PIVs)9种病原体的IgM抗体进行检测,统计分析各病原体感染情况。结果7363例患者中,病原体IgM抗体检测阳性率为14.65%(1079/7363),单一病原体阳性检出率为12.06%(888/7363),其中各病原体检出率依次为MP 9.86%(726/7363),RSV 1.51%(111/7363),INFB 1.40%(103/7363),PIVs 0.83%(61/7363),ADV 0.53%(39/7363),INFA 0.16%(12/7363),CPn 0.11%(8/7363),COX 0.01%(1/7363);混合感染的检出率为1.22%(90/7363);其中2种病原体同时感染检出率为1.07%(79/7363),排在前3位的依次为MP+INFB、MP+RSV和MP+PIVs;3种病原体混合感染检出率为0.14%(11/7363),主要为MP+INFB+PIVs。结论某院呼吸道感染病原体以MP、RSV及INFB为主。 Objective To analyze the testing results of IgM antibodies of nine species pathogens 7363 patients with respiratory tract infections,to understand the distributions of pathogens of respiratory tract infections in a hospital,and thereby to provide theoretical basis for early diagnosis and proper treatment.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA)was used to test IgM antibodies of nine species pathogens including Legionella pneumophila(LP),M Pneumoniae(MP),Q fever rickettsia(COX),Chlamydia pneumoniae(CPn),respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),adenovirus(ADV),influenza virus type A(INFA),influenza virus type B(INFB),parainfluenza virus(PIVs)in the bloods of 7363 patients with respiratory tract infections treated by Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from January to December in 2019,and the infections of pathogens were analyzed.Results The positive rate of antibodies of IgM pathogens and single pathogen in 7363 patients was 14.65%(1079/7363)and 12.06%(888/7363)respectively,the positive rate of pathogens matched 9.86%(726/7363)for MP,1.51%(111/7363)for RSV,1.40%(103/7363)for INFB,0.83%(61/7363)for PIVs,0.53%(39/7363)for ADV,0.16%(12/7363)for INFA,0.11%(8/7363)for CPn and 0.01%(1/7363)for COX respectively;the positive rate of mixed infection was 1.22%(90/7363);the positive rate of co-infection of two pathogens hit 1.07%(79/7363),and the pathogens with top three positive rates were MP+INFB,MP+RSV and MP+PIVs,the postive rate of mixed infection of three pathogens was 0.14%(11/7363),and MP+INFB+PIVs dominated.Conclusion MP,RSV and INFB are main pathogens of respiratory tract infections in the hospital.
