苏州大学在校大学生对弓形虫的认知及相关实践的调查

Survey on cognition and practices for prevention and control of Toxoplasma gondii

目的了解在校大学生对弓形虫的认知情况,为制定弓形虫防治措施提供依据。方法以苏州大学2019年在校大学生作为调查对象,按分层整群多阶段抽样方法抽取样本,设置问卷进行调查。分析资料采用单变量和多变量的分析方法。结果苏州大学在校大学生对弓形虫知晓率低(50.35%),对预防、传播和危害的认知率差(低于50%)。个人基本特征(性别、专业)、卫生习惯及饲养宠物情况对弓形虫认知有一定影响,饮食习惯、年级对弓形虫认知影响较小。结论苏州大学在校大学生对弓形虫的认知不足,对预防措施的了解程度低,部分存在不良的卫生与饮食习惯,存在感染弓形虫的风险,有必要在校园内开展弓形虫防治的宣传教育。

Objective To understand the cognitions about Toxoplasma Gondii among Students from Soochow University and to provides basis for making measures to control Toxoplasma gondii.Methods Students from Soochow University in 2019 were selected as the subjects of the survey,the subjects were samples with stratified cluster and multistage sampling method,and questionnaires were set up to investigate.Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to analyze the data.Results The awareness rate of students from Soochow University on Toxoplasma gondii(50.35%),and their cognitive rate of prevention,transmission and harm was low(below than 50%).Personal basic characteristics(sex,major),hygiene habits and pet rearing had a certain impacts on the cognition of Toxoplasma gondii,while eating habits and grade had little effects on the cognition of Toxoplasma gondii.Conclusion Students from Soochow University lack of awareness on Toxoplasma gondii and have low understanding on preventive measures,some students have some bad hygiene and eating habits,and there is a risk of Toxoplasma gondii infection.Hence,it is necessary to conduct the publicity and education on prevention and control on Toxoplasma gondii on campus.
