基于虚拟联盟的我国装备制造业与生产性服务业融合机制研究--基于扎根理论的质化研究

Research on Convergence Mechanism of Equipment Manufacturing and Producer Services in China from the Perspective of Virtual Alliance--Qualitative Research Based on Grounded Theory

基于虚拟联盟视角,运用质化研究方法扎根理论对中国装备制造业与生产性服务业融合机制进行系统研究;基于大量深度访谈从深层次视角揭示基于虚拟联盟的中国装备制造业与生产性服务业融合机制体系,并探究各融合机制间的作用关系。研究发现,融合动力机制、融合实现机制、融合循环控制机制和融合保障机制共同构成了虚拟联盟视角下我国装备制造业与生产性服务业融合机制体系。在此基础上,揭示了基于虚拟联盟的装备制造业与生产性服务业融合子机制间的作用关系,进而构建出产业融合机制模型,并通过结构方程模型方法对其进行检验。最后提出"虚拟联盟合作伙伴的优选"和"加强融合主体间的组织协调"等基于虚拟联盟的装备制造业与生产性服务业融合促进策略。

From the perspective of virtual alliance,this paper analyzes the convergence mechanism of equipment manufacturing and producer services in China based on grounded theory systematically.Based on a large number of in-depth interviews,this paper reveals the convergence mechanism system of China’s equipment manufacturing and producer service based on virtual alliance,and explores the role of the convergence mechanisms.It is found that the convergence mechanism system of China’s equipment manufacturing and producer services from the perspective of virtual alliance is composed of convergence dynamic mechanism,convergence realization mechanism,convergence cycle control mechanism and convergence support mechanism.On this basis,this paper reveals the relationship between the convergence sub-mechanism of equipment manufacturing and producer services based on virtual alliance,and tests the model by structural equation model.On this foundation,this paper constructs the industrial convergence mechanism model.Finally,the convergence promotion strategies of equipment manufacturing and producer services based on virtual alliance,such as"optimize the partners of virtual alliance"and"strengthen the organization and coordination among the main bodies"are put forward.
