摘要
目的分析不同类型心房颤动患者血清尿酸、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)水平的表达情况及其相关性。方法抽取河南省人民医院2018年7月至2020年3月收治的93例疑似心房颤动患者为研究对象,其中67例确诊为心房颤动的患者作为房颤组,另26例作为非房颤组。对确诊的67例心房颤动患者予以相应治疗,并于治疗后第8天,根据心房颤动持续时间评估心房颤动类型,分为阵发性心房颤动24例,持续性心房颤动32例,永久性心房颤动11例。所有患者均于入院时检测血清尿酸、H-FABP水平,比较房颤组与非房颤组血清尿酸、H-FABP水平;比较不同类型心房颤动患者血清尿酸、H-FABP水平;分析心房颤动患者血清尿酸与H-FABP水平的关系。结果房颤组血清尿酸、H-FABP水平高于非房颤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。永久性心房颤动患者血清尿酸、H-FABP水平依次高于持续性心房颤动、阵发性心房颤动患者,且持续性心房颤动患者血清尿酸、H-FABP水平高于阵发性心房颤动患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经双变量Pearson相关性分析检验结果显示,心房颤动患者血清尿酸与H-FABP水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论心房颤动患者血清H-FABP多呈高表达,可能与尿酸表达量有关,且随着尿酸表达的持续升高,心房颤动可能会加重。
Objective To analyze the expression and correlation of serum uric acid(UA)and heart type fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP)in patients with different types of atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods A total of 93 patients with suspected AF treated in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,67 patients diagnosed with AF were set as AF group,and the other 26 cases were set as non AF group.Sixty-seven patients diagnosed with AF were given corresponding treatment.And on the 8th day of treatment,the patients were divided into 24 cases with paroxysmal AF,32 cases with persistent AF,and 11 cases with permanent AF,according to the duration of AF.The levels of serum UA and H-FABP of all patients were detected at admission.The levels of serum UA and H-FABP were compared between AF group and non AF group.The levels of serum UA and H-FABP in different types of AF patients were compared.The relationship between UA and H-FABP levels in patients with AF was analyzed.Results The levels of serum UA and H-FABP in AF group were higher than those in non AF group(P<0.05).The levels of serum UA and H-FABP in patients with permanent AF were higher than those in patients with persistent AF and paroxysmal AF,and the levels of serum UA and H-FABP in patients with persistent AF were higher than those in patients with paroxysmal AF(P<0.05).The results of bivariate Pearson correlation analysis showed that UA was positively correlated with H-FABP level in patients with AF(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions H-FABP is highly expressed in patients with AF,which may be related to the expression of UA.And with the increase of UA expression,AF may aggravate.
