依那普利联合比索洛尔治疗急性心肌梗死的效果及对血清MCP-1、galectin-3水平的影响

Efficacy of enalapril combined with bisoprolol on acute myocardial infarction and its effects on levels of serum MCP-1 and galectin-3

摘要 目的探讨依那普利联合比索洛尔治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的效果及对患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)、半乳糖凝聚素(galectin-3)水平的影响。方法抽取河南医学高等专科学校附属医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的114例AMI患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组57例。对照组给予依那普利治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用比索洛尔。比较治疗前及治疗6个月后两组患者心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVED)、收缩末期内径(LVES)、左心室质量(LVM)]和血清学指标(MCP-1、galectin-3)。记录两组患者治疗6个月内药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6个月后,两组LVEF较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组LVED、LVES、LVM值均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),而研究组升高幅度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MCP-1、galectin-3水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月内,两组患者药物不良反应总发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依那普利联合比索洛尔治疗AMI,能改善患者心功能,纠正血清学指标检测异常状态,保证患者用药安全性。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of enalapril combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and its effects on levels of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP-1)and galectin-3.Methods A total of 114 patients with AMI treated in Affiliated Hospital of Henan Medical College from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.And they were divided into study group and control group in accordance with the random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.Control group was treated with enalapril,and study group was treated with bisoprolol based on the treatment of control group.The preoperative and 6-month postoperative cardiac function indexes,including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVED),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVES),left ventricular mass(LVM),serological indicators(MCP-1,galectin-3)were compared between the two groups.The occurrence of adverse drug reactions during 6 months of treatment of the two groups were recorded.Results After 6 months of treatment,the levels of LVEF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of LVED,LVES and LVM in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increases in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of MCP-1 and galectin-3 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Within 6 months of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Enalapril combined with bisoprolol for patients with AMI can help improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,correct the abnormal detection status of serological indicators,and ensure the safety of medication.
